
Poetic Duet : Fecundity leaders are the future
Sustainable Brands San Diego 2025 : « The Future of Leadership » 🌄
After our first poetic duet in 2022 called “The Regeneration of Life”, we were back on stage with P&G’s brillant Chief Sustainability Officer Virginie Helias ! In the midst of all this sustainability backlash and complicated times, we wanted to give a sense of hope, light and horizon, with a new one on the future of leadership to take it further✨
And so we introduced the concept of “FECUNDITY Leadership” ☯️ A multi sensorial work of art. We received a standing ovation. So happy and glad people felt it and enjoyed our performance.

Feminine Envisioning Courageous Unifying Nourishing Dancing Impact-driven Transformative Y(why)
Hello
“Fecundity” is defined as the ability to produce an abundance of new ideas for growth
So in the name of our common future, we feel all leaders should take a courageous oath.
Hi, my name is Virginie Helias and I’m a Chief Sustainability Officer
Hi my name is Vincent Avanzi and I’m a Chief Poetic Officer
And we believe the CSO of the future is called to embrace a FECUNDITY
New disruptive leadership style to shift perspectives,
In a balance of feminine and masculine energy
for a lasting and peaceful harmony with all the living
where each letter of that word composes the following :
F for Feminine
– As in feminine values — driven by a mindset of abundance
Choosing collaboration over competition
Healing the world over winning the wars,
Invitation over imposition.
Participation over domination,
And maybe that’s the definition of a new human Progress.
Believing and acting with more “Human Kind-ness”
As women, we bring intuition in directions, reason in visions,
emotions in actions, conscience in decisions.
So a yin yang style of leadership
Because it’s by embracing both that we can propel lasting growth !
E for Envisioning
Feet on the ground, head in the sky
To learn how to fly – from impossible to we’re possible
As the Little Prince author once said “If you want to build a ship…
Teach humans to yearn for the vast and endless sea.”
Which is key to dream teams boarding the ships
And sailing to infinity inside the planetary boundaries.
C for Courageous
As it’s time to do not what’s easy but what’s right
Stepping beyond our comfort zone , as the pioneers who set the tone
Be bold, be brave, be audacious,
Be there, do dare, be tenacious,
To fight for that destination,
Even if you’re the “last of the Mohicans”,
Be the first on the horizon!
Be accountable, responsible, ethical.
Do the math and show the path
Fight for what you believe in,
Until we end up win win win winning !
U for Unifying
Reshaping the narrative to embrace multiple truths,
Finding that better third route and nurturing our collective roots.
Be a bridger and global facilitator.
Gather your partners and make competitors your allies
With the question : “What are our common ties”?
And put some poetry in your leadership, your storytelling, your team building
To create links and desirable futures and becoming fully authentic.
N for Nourishing
We are leaders meant to be a wellspring for others
So start nourishing yourself « Body mind soul »,
to serve each other and planet Earth.
And embody the 3S : Servant, selfless, soulful.
So be you and be useful, Be great and be grateful.
As useful is the new beautiful !
D for Dancing
Because Sustainability and Prosperity
is our duet on the path of abundance!
A delicate equilibrium, a dance of interdependence
Requiring empathy, agility, resilience and responsibility.
And in that dance, find your rhythm, your flow, your pace
Fulfill your purpose by jumping on a new page,
With the mantra : “Always Higher together”
To seek a balanced performance that can last forever.
I for Impact-driven
Designing a new KPI
To measure your “Key Positive Impact”,
With plans over pledges, actions over promises,
scalable solutions over simple intentions.
What is your “Pact of Impact” to now really act?
We are the ones we have been waiting for
So let’s make lasting change like never before !
T for Transformative
We do not care about marginal, doing it to tick the box
We do it to make a dent, to change the actual box.
That’s System Transformation fueled by cross-sector Collaboration
Transform Transcend and Transmit
So that the business model becomes an inspiring “model” to copy
Nothing short of industry… revolution.
Y as our collective “WHY”
For our collective mission
And a necessity to make the future irresistible
before climate change becomes irreversible!
In the word UnItY there is one I (me) & one U (You) & one Y (Why?)
So find the why and design a plan to go as wide and far as possible.
From the “Great Reset” to the “Great Balance”
To advance with our collective assets
towards a new world abundance.
All in all, be a force for growth and a force for good,
A force for greater good, a force for common good.
This is a fight for the living, a quest for more meaning.
In the end, the question is:
What will we choose as the world’s ambition,
Mars colonization or Earth preservation,
Human elevation or life regeneration?
Let’s turn the “or” into an “and” and make it our obsession!
As fecundity leaders, we give birth to new ideas,
new ways, new paths, new systems.
Because “We don’t inherit the Earth from our ancestors,
we borrow it from our children. »
So when we hear “Sustainable Prosperity”, we say “Fecundity”
When we hear “Harmony with all the living”, we say “Fecundity”
May we all be Fecundity Leaders
As the future of leadership, the culture of stewardship and the true nature of partnership
Ready to join the movement ? This is our moment !
We are all…. “Fecundity Leaders”
