Les enfants de « L’Autre Ecole » sont venus présenter leurs oeuvres poétiques et leurs rêves d’avenir pour le monde sur scène avec Lionel Sayag, le fondateur de l’école. Encore merci et bravo aux enfants pour leurs merveilleuses oeuvres.

5 Roundtable : Educating children of the world 

Intro MC : Today is showing the birth of a new generation of leaders, of a possible new civilization of humans, of a new collaboration based on wisdom, a new aspiration for kindness and even a new plan of action in business, a pact of more positive impact, in the soul enlightenment, the world commitment, social human and environmental engagement, the growth of our spiritual physical emotional and intellectual development, all this aiming in the horizon of a world of more harmony as the possible destiny of humanity.

So let’s listen to the kids a little bit more, as Prévert said “they have everything but what we take out of them”, they know how to be naturally fully present, fully conscious, how can they become the most beautiful version engaged in their most noble mission ?  So our role is simply to accompany them in this beautiful human journey and to always remain be both a student and a teacher in our entire life! Maybe that’s the true meaning of our Human essence and human KINDness.

We looked at different questions and directions :
-What world will we leave to our children and what children will we leave to the world (tomorrow) ?
-How to educate the children of the world and how they can educate us (as adults) ?
-What future generations are we preparing and are we prepared?
-What does the balance between intellectual learning and fulfilment teaching can allow in the human being growth ?
-What are their dreams for a common future ?
-What is the role of each organization (reason of being, manifesto, methodology) and how does it help to be better humans, better trained for the future and better to live in harmony with the planet ?
-What do values like kindness, empathy mean ?
-How can they become a new specie of « earthling » ?
-How can also we embrace our body language and spirituality ?

A propos de l’auteur : Vincent Avanzi est un Chief Poetic Officer, Leadership Coach, Inspirational Speaker et plume pour dirigeants. Diplômé de l’ESCP, journaliste aux Echos et ancien salarié de grands groupes, il est l’auteur de 2 Tours du Monde, 3 TEDx et 7 ouvrages dont « Trouver son Point Génial » (Marabout/Hachette) et « Les Leaders Eclairés« . « Homme de l’être », il s’est donné comme mission de vie de « repoétiser la société » et de réenchanter le monde. Il a fondé La Plume Du Futur, une structure de conseil, conférences, coaching, plume et formations sur l’éveil des Richesses Humaines, le leadership éclairé, l’écriture de discours, l’intelligence collective et la communication durable. Il intervient dans tout type d’événement lié à la réinvention de demain et est l’instigateur des soirées CoEcrivons Demain et du Club des Poètes d’Entreprise. Il a réalisé plus de 500 interventions poétiques à travers le monde.
