Dear poetic leaders,
I have a question for you: Who wants to be N°1?
Why don’t we just try to be ONE instead, together, without numbers for once,
Each is our own uniqueness but united.
One dream, one will, one team, one win.

“What is the value of a brand if there is no virtue in your hand?”
It reminds me of a quote from Einstein talking about “brand value”,
He said “try not to become a man of success. Rather become a man of value.”
Maybe that’s the real success!

What will be left for us in the future if we can’t do what’s right in the present?
We don’t want to go down into history, we want to go up in the future.
Do we want to create a better society for the few
Or a better society for the future in harmony with nature as we have now matured?

How about we rise, us, not the temperature,
But us, as sincere leaders on our best human behavior
To create a better place that we can all nurture?

I don’t know if big or small is beautiful,
But together and tomorrow are wonderful.
Business mixed with a little bit of wisdom for a global happiness kingdom,
Because the brands and leaders of the future,
They care about the outcome of Humanity, not only its income.

What if after making PowerPoints, we made purpose points?
Instead of building Business Plans, we made new KPI (Key Positive Impact) plans?
Instead of maximizing our earnings, we started to harmonize the living?

We all have a voice and we all have a choice.
We can be part of the solution or part of the pollution.
As leaders, thrive not for excellence but for the exception,
Always progression, no matter the perfection.
Elevation is our revolution, we are the Re-Generation,
With the higher mission to cowrite the future towards brighter horizons.

You’re all true entrepreneurs, pioneers and pure innovators
Leaders, winners not quitters, givers not leavers,
Real believers, team players, risk takers and together, greater game changers.

Dare to be you,
The master and the student of your own ceremony,
With a shot at your personal destiny
And our collective rendez-vous with History.
By all means and all dreams, reach for the stars, your star,
To become who you truly are,
From your deepest scars to your shining star.

Then become a pathfinder,
So that you can carry your team on your back after,
Because our ultimate goal that we cultivate in our soul
Is a balance of “Growth + Good = Great” for us all.

Make our future wonderful, our journey meaningful and your teams successful.
From the I to the We, empower and align all of Me,
So that the future lies in We,
To lead consistently in order to be
A poetic leader for humanity and sustainability.
Be imaginary, visionary, legendary and even revolutionary,
As we are all responsible for one thing, and that is the living.

In the end, the future will be magic or tragic
Depending on how we act in it to save it.
Be you and be useful, be great and be grateful, that’s the new beautiful,
Because we’ll only be successful if our planet remains wonderful.

“O Captains, my captains”, welcome aboard the “universal poetic Leader Ship”
“Bon voyage” in this much needed journey of human leadership,
Dream team-building and enchanted storytelling.
And always remember, in this “Great Turning” and world transitioning,
We’re not History in the making, we’re the future and amazing.
